Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please login and visit your account dashboard or email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). After receiving a RMA, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return as well as shipping insurance for valuable items. 
There are 2 ways you can go about exchanging a product:
  • Option 1 (Slower) - Use the standard return procedure to request an RMA for the part you need exchanged. In your request please specify the exact item(s) you would like to exchange to. Upon receipt of your returned product we will process an exchange and ship the new part. If there is a difference in the price, you will be either refunded or charged the difference.
  • Option 2 (Faster) - Order the new part online or over the phone so it can be shipped to you right away. Then request an RMA using a standard Return Procedure for the part you would like to return. Upon return of the part a refund will be issued promptly.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Items indicated clearly within the product description as non-returnable
  • Items shipped to you by freight carrier
For defective or damaged products, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $99.00.
  • For orders placed during the holiday season from November 15th to December 31st, the return period is to January 31 of the following year.
