RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
Start your return or exchange online here. Box up your items, apply the label provided, and ship them back to us. You’ll get an email when your items have been received and your refund or exchange has been processed. Please allow 2-4 days for your refund to be initiated.
Please note, if an item is returned for a reason other than error,damage, or defect, the cost of the shipping label may be deducted from your refund. We automatically provide the best carrier rate on all returns.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
There are 2 ways you can go about exchanging a product:
  • Option 1 (Slower) - Use the standard return procedure to request an RMA for the part you need exchanged. In your request please specify the exact item(s) you would like to exchange to. Upon receipt of your returned product we will process an exchange and ship the new part. If there is a difference in the price, you will be either refunded or charged the difference.
  • Option 2 (Faster) - Order the new part online or over the phone so it can be shipped to you right away. Then request an RMA using a standard Return Procedure for the part you would like to return. Upon return of the part a refund will be issued promptly.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Items indicated clearly within the product description as non-returnable
  • Items shipped to you by freight carrier
Please Note
  • We reserve the right to assess a restocking fee for items returned in poor condition.
  • For orders placed during the holiday season from November 15th to December 31st, the return period is to January 31 of the following year.
